These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Weekan service at weekantech.com, including reports and assistance delivered over WhatsApp (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Weekan connects to your project management tools, analyzes your project data, and provides reports, alerts, and an AI assistant — in the app and, optionally, via WhatsApp. The Service provides informational insights and does not replace your own professional judgment.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not connect data you do not have the right to access or share.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third-party tools (such as Jira, Linear, and Trello) and platforms (such as Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content. You authorize us to access the data needed to provide the Service on your behalf.

5. WhatsApp messaging

  • WhatsApp delivery is optional and requires your explicit opt-in.
  • By opting in, you consent to receive digests, alerts, and assistant replies at the number you provide, on the schedule you configure.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or disabling WhatsApp delivery in your account. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by Weekan and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Updated on" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
